after visiting mont saint michel, i left france with the project of this painting in mind. my aim was to capture the mystery of that location, where time and distance are out of place.
just to let you know, i painted the sky with fingers.

size: 60x50 cm

This is beautiful, I love the soft colors you've used for the sky and the reflections in the water.

I've said it a thousand times before, still I am writing it again, here. I think that this is a really fantastic painting, especially the colors give it a really distant, dream-like, tranquil kinda of feel.
It's just amazing that with such a basic concept as colors and shades you can convey more than a thousand elaborate words could ever say.
